what to do if your stuck with a costco sized tub of cottage cheese
green fluff (pink fluff in todays case) is what i make when my parents leave behind a whole tub of cottage cheese! i used strawberry jello this time and it is SOOOOO yummy!! you can even use sugar free jello if your counting calories! i'm a little weird and even like to use marshmallows that are little hard. at first they make it chewy, but by the next day the texture is just the same as fresh marshmallows. thanks mom and dad for not eating all of your cottage cheese! and thanks ra for the yummy recipe!!

i love that weird seventies salad with canned pears on cottage cheese. i may be alone here, my kids and hub will NOT eat it.
