naps
my 2 older boys don't EVER take naps except for the occasional doze in the car if we are going for a long drive. i put aj down for his 2nd nap and came out to jack asleep right by the door with his bobbie and horsey. the house was soooo quiet, so i had a feeling nate must have fallen asleep too. i started searching for him. checked just about everywhere. noted the front door child lock was still on and the sliders had their lock bar down. i finally found him in the front room hiding to the side or the sofa, under the side table all curled up. he was totally out and neither of them budged while i snapped some shots!! my silly boys will probably be up all night, but at least i had a few minutes of peace and quiet!

hahaha- I too took a picture of my son asleep in the living room today. Maybe they were all at the same craaazy party last night.
Hilarious! I have always been jealous of those moms with kids who will just crash anywhere and everywhere. My mom says that kids will sleep when they are tired, but she's wrong. My kids just become hysterical, overtired, oversensitive beasts until I can (finally) get them into their beds. If that ever happens at my house, you better believe I will take pictures of it!

That is just the sweetest thing ever! When the house is too quiet, it definitely makes you wonder.
My 6 year daughter does this frequently. She falls asleep in random places. The most random was at the end of my bed in a pile of dirty clothes that didn't make it to the laundry yet!
