nate's first day of school

i forgot my camera like a lame mom for nate's first day of preschool. i did get some pics with my phone, but of course the quality isn't as good. here is the link to my micro blog where i post pics from my phone.

jack's first day of kindergarten

i've always known this day would come, but i still feel nervous, unprepared and a little sad. mostly i'm excited because jack is soooo ready and has been counting down the days for kindergarten to start. it's hard to let go and know i won't be able to control his environment for a big portion of his day, but i know he will learn, grow and be a great little student. i'm excited to spend more time with my other two boys so yippee for school!! i can't wait to hear all about it when jack gets home!!! we love you and will miss you jack jack!!

happy birthday ash!

yesterday was my baby's first birthday!! i can't believe he is already 1 year old!!! time flies when you're having fun i guess. asher is such a happy, silly, bald little baby. he makes us all laugh every day. our little world revolves around him and the boys especially can't get enough of him. jack and nate love to wrestle with ash, help him walk, get right in his face to talk to him, encourage him to do his stinkface, kiss him, hug him, squeeze him a little too hard and sometimes knock him down. asher will be one tough kid. we all love our little baby and here are some pics of our little guy.





asher loves to climb and figured out how to get over our barrier to the basement stairs. he's a pro at going up the stairs, but it still has yet to master going down. good thing the other 2 gates are still taller than him.
